These terms apply to the use of gdrsystems.ca, operated by GDR Systems. By using the site, you accept these terms.
1. The site
The site presents GDR Systems net systems for golf driving ranges. It lets you request a quote and download a white paper. There are no online sales, no payments and no customer accounts.
2. Information on the site
We do our best to keep the information accurate and current. It stays general. Products, materials and specifications may change without notice. Stated times and performance, such as the time to raise or lower a net section, were measured on a real site. They may vary with your ground, the weather and the installation.
3. Quotes
A quote is an estimate. It becomes a commitment only once GDR Systems confirms it in writing and you accept it. It depends on the information you give us and on the conditions of your site. It is valid for the period stated on it.
The sale, installation and warranties are governed by the written contract signed between you and GDR Systems, not by the site.
4. Permitted use
You may browse the site and download the white paper for your own use. You agree to:
- give accurate information in the forms;
- not interfere with the site or try to access it without permission;
- not copy the site’s content for commercial use without our written permission.
5. Intellectual property
The GDR Systems name, logo, text, photos, drawings, videos and white paper belong to GDR Systems or are used with permission. They are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Any reproduction requires our written consent.
6. Links to other sites
The site may link to other sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
7. Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, GDR Systems is not liable for damages related to the use of the site or its information, or for decisions made solely on that information. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intentional or gross fault, or your rights under the law.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will go before the courts of Quebec, judicial district of Terrebonne.
If the French and English versions differ, the French version prevails.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
