Cookie Policy

Effective date: September 29, 2026

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file the site places in your browser. It makes the site work, remembers your choices or measures how the site is used. This policy also covers scripts and pixels that do the same thing.

2. Your choice

On your first visit, a banner asks for your choice. Only functional cookies are on by default. The others stay off until you accept them. You can change your mind at any time with the “Manage consent” button at the bottom of the site. Your choice is kept for 365 days.

3. The categories

Functional (always on). Needed for the site: remembering your consent choice and showing the forms.

Complianz (consent management): cmplz_* cookies, 365 days.
HubSpot (showing and sending the forms).
Google Fonts (site fonts): places no cookie, but Google receives your IP address.

Preferences. Remembering choices you make on the site. No service uses this category at the moment.

Statistics. Counting visits and seeing which pages are useful.

Google Analytics 4: _ga and _ga_* cookies, up to 2 years. Also measures quote requests, white paper downloads and clicks on the phone number or email.

Marketing. Understanding a visitor’s path and linking it to their request.

HubSpot (tracking code): __hstc and hubspotutk cookies (6 months), __hssc (30 minutes), __hssrc (session). If you fill in a form, your visits may be linked to your record in our CRM.
Hotjar: _hjSessionUser_* (1 year) and _hjSession_* (30 minutes) cookies. Shows how pages are used (clicks, scrolling).

The exact list of cookies placed, with their names and durations, is kept up to date in the cookie banner (Manage consent).

4. Turning cookies off in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, such as the forms, may then not work properly.
